Just Do Good!

Join us in helping bring restoration and hope within the heart of the Compton community, just up the freeway.

What: Compton Initiative Work Day
When: Saturday, April 19, from 7:00 - 11:30 a.m.

The nonprofit Compton Initiative unites people to "Just Do Good" one property at a time, by replacing blight, graffiti and trash with repairs, paint and hope. Past projects have included painting home exteriors and school murals and helping with a neighborhood clean up. The organization will assign us to a project based on our group size closer to the event date. We are looking for 15 volunteers to join our group for this rewarding day! It's a fulfilling experience for volunteers and a lasting gift for residents.
